    Background: Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological disorders among females. It is the leading cause of absenteeism in schools and colleges. It affects the social, academic, and sports activities of school and college going girls. The aim of the study is to explore the impacts of dysmenorrhea on academic performances among college girls. Materials and Methods: A total of 60 college girls 18–24 years volunteered for the study and asked them to answer several questions based on relevant literature. Results and Conclusion: Based on these findings, it was seen that college girl’s academic performance was affected by dysmenorrhea. And hence education on the proper management of dysmenorrhea should be given to college girls, parents, and hostel administrators to address women’s reproductive health needs.
