    Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the formula of chewable tablets of honey using Aerosil®200. Materials and Methods: The research method including honey quality analysis, formulate three chewable tablet formulas prepared with various honey, and mixed Aerosil: 35%, 40%, and 45%, with content, honey on 20% formula, granule mass evaluation, tablet quality evaluation, and hedonic test along with its statistical tests. Results: It was obtained three formulas of chewable tablets with a direct compressed method using Aerosil® 200 obtained a mixture of honey and Aerosil by 35%, 40%, and 45%, with honey levels, respectively, in the formula 20%. From the statistical analysis using analysis of variance method to test the favorite color of chewable tablets of honey did not show any significant difference from the three formulas, whereas for taste and fragility test count >F table, then tested continued with Newman-Keuls test showing Formula I (FI), FII, and FIII a significant difference. FI was the most preferred formula in terms of color, taste, and fragility. Conclusion: The honey quality test result showed all parameters examined fulfilled Indonesian National Standard and did not find hazardous metal content. FI was the most preferred formula. Chewable tablets showed an attractive appearance and almost uniform color. Similarly, for uniformity of size, weight, and hardness of tablets and tablet fragility tested did not indicate any significant deviations and all met physically demanding requirements. The formula of this study may be used as is or as a basic formula for medicinal chewable tablets.
