    Introduction: Classically, each kidney is supplied by a single renal artery. In its course renal artery divides into anterior and posterior division, these division further divide into segmental arteries that are apical, upper, middle, lower, and posterior. Computed tomography (CT) angiography is less invasive, better tolerated by donors, and provides significantly more information than intravenous urography and angiography together, especially regarding abdominal anatomy and vascular pathways. Aim: The aim of the current study is to analyze the intrarenal arterial pattern of middle segmental artery in kidney donors. Materials and Methods: In this study, a total of 99 CT angiogram images were analyzed in workstation. The study reports were drawn from kidney donors who approached the scan center had no diseases related to kidney. Results: We classified middle segmental branch (anterior inferior segmental artery) into six types based on their origin. Conclusion: The precise knowledge of intrarenal arterial branches of the segmental blood supply to the kidney is essential for proper performance of partial nephrectomy. A serious and troublesome complication of endoscopic intrarenal operation is bleeding from an injured vessel. To diminish the risk of such injury, the surgeon must know and recall the spatial position of the intrarenal vascular structures and their anatomical relations with the collecting system of the kidney.
