Introduction: Malocclusion is the most common condition that occurs in children which could have an effect on their physical and psychological demands. Predicting these malocclusions through non-expensive and non-invasive means can help the practitioner to intercept them at an earlier stage. Aim: This study aims to evaluate a correlation with malocclusion and different zodiac signs of the individuals. Materials and Methods: A total of 300 children between 14 and 16 years of age were recruited and divided into three groups based on Angle’s classification of malocclusion: (1) Class I malocclusion, (2) Class II malocclusion, and (3) Class III malocclusion. Results: Cancer (16.3%) was the most commonly and Libra (3.7%) was the least common zodiac signs encountered in the current study. The highest number of participants having Class I was under Virgo (18%), Class II was under Leo (19%), and Class III was under Cancer (24%). Statistical test with analysis of variance showed high significance with P < 0.001. Conclusion: Zodiac signs can be used as an adjunct to predict malocclusions, but further studies with larger sample size and varied ethnic origins can provide a better judgment in prediction.
