Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among IT professionals with children aged 3–6 years. A self-administered questionnaire was prepared to assess the awareness of the management of avulsed tooth. The questionnaire was distributed through online SurveyPlanet link. The data were collected and statistically analyzed. Results: About 11% of the parents had experienced dental trauma at home or school. Majority of the study were not aware of the steps to be taken in tooth avulsion. The source of information for avulsed tooth was the internet for most of the IT professionals. About 67% were unaware of the fact that permanent avulsed tooth can be replanted. About 58% of parents said that they would discard the knocked-out tooth.
