Abstract
Aim: The determination of interleukin-4 and interleukin-6 participation nature in the mechanisms of bone tissue disorder exchange development at inflammatory periodontal diseases. Material and Method: In theoretical and clinical medicine increasing urgency, scientific and practical novelty is the problem of decrease in mineral density of bone tissue. The latter depends on the functional state of osteogenic cells, linked to the balance of processes of bone remodeling and leads to the development of various types of osteoporosis. Conclusion: In turn, the diversity of mechanisms regulating bone remodeling, involves the existence of multiple pathways that cause specific changes in the structure of the bone tissue, many of which are studied insufficiently.
