    Introduction: This study aims to find out the sleep disorder occurring in the late teens due to stress. Stress makes them unable to concentrate in their studies and work. This study is done to create awareness of the sleeping patterns on adolescents. Materials and Methods: Participants – children of both sexes ranging from 11 to 19 years. At the end of the survey, all the data were collected properly and analyzed statistically. Results: As observed from the study, there is a significant occurrence of sleep disorders in adolescents. Conclusion: From this study, we can conclude that sleep disorder is caused due to stress. Adolescents feel lethargic and sleepy during daytime due to being exposed to several stress factors related to the age.
