    Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome (SRUS) is a rare benign disorder in children which usually presents with rectal bleeding, constipation, mucus discharge, prolonged straining, tenesmus, lower abdominal pain, and localized pain in the perineal area. Here am reporting a 12 year old boy diagnosed to be as a case of SRUS, we will be discussing in detail about the etiology, diagnosis, investigation, treatment options available in this case report.
